Optimized dimensions and less infrastructural requirements of the HAUX-DUOX allow it's use in almost any clinic or hospital

With a continuously increasing significance of the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy - especially in the clinical field - a growing demand for a compact system able to be integrated without extensive infrastructural or rebuilding measures can be registered lately.

Especially the so far very successful multi-place hyperbaric chamber systems type HAUX-STARMED with facilities for 12 and more patients mean great requirements towards the site of installation (considering for instance a load of about 18 tons and more, extensive dimensions as also a huge demand of O2 and air which could rarely be supplied by an existent gas-supply system).

Now, with the HAUX-DUOX-designed for two sitting or a lying patient, each time accompanied by an attendant - it is possible also with limited space, about 35 m², at a load of 6000 kgs and a connection to existing clinic-O2 and breathing air supplies-to realize the HBO in the own clinic. The period from the first planning up to finally taking-up HBO can be reduced to only very few months.

HAUX-LIFE-SUPPORT is proud of it´s developments in the field of diving simulators and hyperbaric test facilities with it´s related life-support-systems and peripheral systems. The large diving simulator HYDRA 2000 for the german navy and the hyperbaric center MEDUSA, for the netherlands navy were built by HAUX. Especially remarkable with these systems is the extremely complex and userfriendly computer monitoring system for instruments and test persons. HAUX is the mainsupplier for test chambers and peripheral systems such as complex filter systems, CO2-emergency scrubbers and extremely complicated mini-simulators.
